Splinterlands brings us a special, 5 year anniversary, token burning event called ‘The Great Burning’. This event will give players an opportunity to burn DEC tokens and earn rewards in the process!

It’s been five years since Splinterlands first sold their Alpha packs on the Steem network. And to celebrate they are bringing us a special event known as The Great Burning! The event will start on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 and it will run for 30 days, ending on June 29th, 2023 and allow players to burn DEC tokens via a special page on the Splinterlands website.

The Burninating

Burned tokens must be submitted via the official webpage! Don’t try to manually burn the tokens yourself — you won’t get any credit for this event by doing so. And in an interesting twist, players actually earn more points for contributing earlier! The first day, all tokens burned will be worth three points. After that, their value decreases daily until tokens are worth only one point on the final day.

Splinterlands plans to give away prizes to those who earn the most points from the burn. There will be prizes for the top 200 on the leaderboard at the end.

1 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 1 Tract

2 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 50 Plots

3 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 50 Plots

4 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 25 Plots

5 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 25 Plots

9 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 10 Plots

10 – “The Burninator” Legendary Title + 10 Plots

11 – 60 – “The Incinerator” Epic Title

61 – 200 – “The Scorcher” Rare Title

potential prizes from the raffle
potential prizes from the raffle

There will also be a raffle available to all. Everyone receives one raffle entry for every 10K DEC or DEC-B (DEC Batteries) they burn during the event. At the end, there will be a raffle for a number of prizes, including land plots, and even Alpha and Beta packs!

The prizes for the raffle are as follows:

  • Land Plot (200 total available)
  • Alpha Pack (100 total available)
  • Beta Pack (250 total available)
  • Untamed Pack (500 total available)
  • Nightmare Pack (1000 total available)
  • Riftwatchers Pack (1000 total available)
  • Runi (25 total available)

In addition, all DEC burned during this event will be converted into Guild Power. This will be used in an upcoming update that will revamp guilds and guild buildings. Guild Power is attached to a player, and can even be taken with them when they leave the guild! We should learn more about this feature and guild updates in the near future.

Burn, Tokens, Burn!

Splinterlands has been desperately trying to find enough token burn opportunities to bring DEC value back to the expected 1 cent (0.001 USD) pen token. From pack sales to the the DEC Batteries to promo cards to land surveying and more! Unfortunately, despite all of these efforts, this seems to be a slow, grinding effort. DEC value still hovers below 0.0008 USD. Up quite a bit from the lows last year and trending upwards — but oh so slowly. And doubly unfortunate, having DEC at or above its expected peg is an important part of the SPS token ecosystem!

Zyriel Splinterlands
a good card… but not cheap!

And while the DEC Batteries sold out and the Land Surveying feature was very popular, the latest promo card sale, Zyriel, is not faring so well. The price point for this cards is quite high — $80 retail, but can be reduced to $40 by using VOUCHERS. Only about a third of the total supply of 15,000 have sold, and unless you are buying in bulk or want to take a roll at landing a gold foil, prices for Zyriel on the secondary market are around $36 — cheaper than buying from the sale! Now, the sale is only open until the end of May, so once the supply is limited, we may see a value increase. But, as a token burning mechanism, the Zyriel sale was not much of a success.

So you have to wonder if there isn’t some player fatigue for these sales. Hopefully this burn event won’t show any similar fatigue! Reports have it that there are about 6-7 billion tokens on HIVE, and a number of tokens on the Binance Chain as well. So there is still a lot of burning to do!

April showers bring May playtests! May kicks off with a bang as we have even more playtests for you to try. And in the world of high-priced NFTs, we have a new contender taking the crown for highest volume of sales this past week! Who is it? Read on to find out!

Web3 gaming continues to launch new playtests left and right. And best of all, these are all actual games! Ones where you need to use skill and/or strategy to succeed. The latest web3 game developments are rapidly putting the days of casino games and click-miners behind us. Which of these up and coming games will manage to catch and hold the attention of gamers over the upcoming months?

Read on for a look at the most active web3 games and NFT projects for the week. And be sure to keep an eye on our website and Twitter feed for the latest developments in the web3 gaming space!

DappRadar cant seem to make up their minds, as Iskra is back on top of their charts this week, even with a 78% decline in active users. But we talked before about how most of the Iskra player count comes from users (bots most likely) hitting the website for the daily spin-to-win feature. Which is a good example of how stats like these can be misleading at times. But, we work with what we have, and these numbers are still meaningful.

Planet IX goes down. Planet IX goes up. After a 50% reduction in active players last week, Planet IX rebounds with a 50% gain this week. Splinterlands managed to stop their bleeding, for now at least. Though they are still way down from their peak of 300k weekly users.

Otherwise, we still have the usual list of suspects in our top 10 this week.

Well look at this. A project not affiliated with BAYC takes the top spot this week! Azuki leads the pack with an impressive 23 million in sales over the past week!

And despite some major increases for a few projects, overall NFT sales continue to remain depressed this week. Which reinforces the idea that a lot of the heavy activity over the past few months was wash trading and market manipulation rather than actual user interest.

We also have another surprising entry from Blocklords. This is a rare sighting of a game project in the top 10, and is also the only project in the top 20 on Immutable X. Though I suspect we may see more from Immutable X over the coming months!

A new promo card will arrive soon in Splinterlands. This card, Zyriel, is the first tradeable card to have the Weapons Training ability, and the first ever Splinterlands card to have two elements! And as a creature of both Light and Dark, Zyriel is sure to see many a battle!

Another promo card sale is coming to Splinterlands. The card up for sale this time around is known as Zyriel. Zyriel is a legendary card that has two splinter affinities – Life and Death. This means that summoners from either Splinter can use her in battel! Zyriel is the first dual-element card that Splinterlands has released, though don’t be surprised to see more arriving with future promotions and maybe even the next card set!

There will be 15,000 copies of this card available when it goes on sale. Each card will cost 80,000 DEC tokens (~$80). Though that price can be reduced by up to 50% with Vouchers. Only DEC tokens can be used for this sale — DEC batteries (DEC-B) cannot be used for this purchase. Each card purchased has a 4% chance of being a gold foil and purchasing 25 cards at once gurantees at least one gold foil card. There is no limit on how many total a wallet can mint, though each purchase is limited to a maximum of 25 cards.

The sale begins on May 2nd, 2023, at 4pm EST and will run for 30 days or until the cards sell out.

Stats for Zyriel

Zyriel, a new promo card from Splinterlands
Zyriel, a new dual element promo card from Splinterlands

Zyriel is a rather nice card. Not only is she usable across different elements, but she also comes with Weapons Training (gives attack values to adjacent, non-attack creatures) and Leech Life at level one. Her abilities expand to include Divine Shield and Rust as she levels up. She is a bit on the slow side, but that is a perfect fit for matches that include the Reversed Speed ruleset!

But even at a reduced price of $40 each, this is still a rather expensive card. With the recent decline in active accounts playing Splinterlands, it will be interesting to see how quickly Zyriel sells out. Or even if it sells out at all (though I suspect that it will).

What is Splinterlands?

Splinterlands is a browser-based, play-to-earn, trading card game running on the Hive blockchain. Splinterlands features two tokens. Dark Energy Crystals (DEC), the primary game currency, and Splintershards (SPS), a governance token.

Splinterlands is a cross between a deck-building game and an auto-battler. Players use their cards to build a combat lineup based on the rules of the match. Then, once both sides submit their teams, the cards run in auto-battle mode until only one team remains. Players earn rewards for winning matches, and can also earn additional rewards through Daily Quests, Seasonal rewards, and a recurring, two-week leaderboard contest.

Lots of stuff happening in the web3 world this past week!

Music NFTs have been growing in popularity. And the upcoming special NFT mint of an unreleased version of Let’s Dance from David Bowie should bring more eyes to the space!

Bitcoin Ordinals are still in a bit of a weird space despite their valuation. But that didn’t stop Genopets from diving in and announcing an upcoming Ordinals mint for Gold Baby Genopets!

The alphas and playtests keep coming. The Ember Sword alpha is coming up soon, Tollan Worlds continues their play to mint pre-alpha, Boss Fighters held an alpha playtest this past weekend, and Echoes of Empire announces an upcoming playtest and beta later this year!

But that’s not at all! Continue reading for more stories and subscribe to our newsletter for a weekly summary, as well as links to all of our articles from the week!

Iskra is the big winner this week, with a jump in active users of over 160%! This is most likely due to huge media campaign, boosted rewards, and an upcoming airdrop. With only a single game currently available on their platform, and that one just for Android devices, this meteoric rise showcases the potential of tapping into the mobile market!

Oath of Peak, another mobile-centric title, also saw a major resurgence this past week. And SecondLive, a virtual world space on the Binance Chain moves up into our charts as well.

Things cool off in the Bored Ape ecosystem, despite the recent introduction of Vessel NFTs. But that doesn’t necessarily that their existing NFTs are any less valuable, just that the trading has slowed down a bit.

In their place we have the ultra hot Nakamigos. Aside from the association with the artist known as Beeple, I’m not sure what would cause such a frenzy with this collection. And if the numbers are correct, the number of sales this week for Nakamigos were more than the entire collection! And certainly, single NFTs could have changed hands multiple times during this past week, but this still seems off to me.

DeGods also sees renewed interest as they make their migration to the Polygon network.

With the first quarter of 2023 behind us we look ahead to April. And the web3 gaming scene, particularly anything to do with mobile gaming, feels poised to launch itself to the forefront of online video games! Here are a few games to watch in April.

I’m declaring April the Month of Mobile for web3 gaming! As always, the space is changing rapidly. And while AI is the current hot buzzword, mobile is the major impetus behind much of the current development. Mobile games also could be the gateway for a flood of new players to get involved with the blockchain space.

I expect to see a number of new mobile, web3-enabled games launched over the coming months. And if they have any sort of success at all, they will attract a growing crowd of developers to the scene. We have mints, alphas, and pre-registrations from mobile focused games such as Hunters On-Chain, Blast Royale, WAGMI Defense and Rogue Nation. Meanwhile, Gods Unchained is still smoothing out the rough edges of their mobile app and Gala Games works on bringing their newly acquired suite of mobile games into the blockchain space!

Now of course, not all games will be playable on mobile devices. But casual gaming is a huge market. One that many web3 developers are eager to acquire!

Hunters On-Chain

Despite only being available on a testnet, Hunters on-Chain has continued to hold onto a spot in the top 10 most played games for the past three weeks! With their T1 Genesis Hunter Chest sale complete, look for Hunters to push for a release soon. They also recently announced that they plan on releasing mobile versions first. Rumors have it that downloads are already available for early testers!

Hunters On-Chain is free to play. If you want to get started by playing on the testnet, you can just ask on their Discord and they will provide you with a common Hunter to use. This Hunter will also transfer over to mainnet once the game launches.

Hunters On-Chain screenshot
Hunters On-Chain, one of many mobile games coming soon!

Mocaverse

Mocaverse held their first PFP mint and also implemented an experience system for their new NFTs in March. Part of Animoca Brands, expect Mocaverse to continue to find ways to bring value to their Moca NFTs. It’s rare to see a PFP collection provide utility for their NFTs so quickly out of the box. But this show of speed bodes well for the future of this collection. And since Animoca seems to have their hands in half of the web3 gaming space, this feels like a space to keep an eye on.

Mocaverse xp banner

Voxie Tactics

The Dragonfest event kicks off in April bringing a new PvE challenge, a new Drako class, and plenty more. Voxie Tactics has also introduced and released a number of updates for their crafting / forging system. The strategy genre is very under-served in web3 gaming. Voxie Tactics already has a solid foothold. If they can continue to build on their game with additional activities, events, and UI improvements, this free to play, play and earn, fantasy-based tactical game should be around for quite some time!

Voxie Tactics banner
Dragonfest in April!

Splinterlands

Recent adjustments in Splinterlands to counter bots has resulted in a significant decrease in active players for this trading card game. Now presumably, most of those were bots, so we’re not seeing a major outflux of real-life players. But the imminent release of the first phases of land gameplay (surveying should open in early April), will be a good litmus test to see how many active landowners are around.

Splinterlands land map

Echoes of Empire

Echoes of Empire announced their plans to release a beta in October of 2023, and also run a playtest in April. The strategy gaming market is surprisingly thin in web3 gaming. So there is still plenty of opportunity to claim a lead role.

This Echoes of Empires playtest runs from April 19th to April 24th. This round will only be open to those holding Celestial Claim NFTs. Unfortunately, I don’t own on, so I’ll have to just get my info about the game secondhand. But I do look forward to seeing what they have to show!

Otherdeeds remain a hot item, we learn some more details about the HV-MTL collection, Splinterlands takes another huge hit in active player numbers, and more! Let’s catch up with some of the top web3 games and NFT collections from this past week.

With the first quarter of 2023 complete, the momentum of web3 gaming feels inevitable. Big name gaming companies continue to make moves towards blockchain integration. And while not all of them will get it right, their interest in the technology brings more legitimacy to the space. This past week, CCP Games, known for making Eve Online, announced a recent round of funding for development of a blockchain-enabled game based in the Eve universe!

Other web3 gaming development continues onward at a rapid pace. New gaming NFTs were hot this past week with mints from Hunters On-Chain, Tearing Spaces, and Blast Royale, just to name a few. Mobile gaming is mentioned more and more often as well. Hunters and Blast Royale will both start with mobile versions, and you can already pre-register for WAGMI defense, another mobile game that is part deck builder, part auto-battler.

For the second week in a row Splinterlands loses over 30% of their active playerbase! Most of these are likely bots as owners discover that they are less profitable than they used to be. Splinterlands doesn’t ban botting in their game, but they do regularly make changes to try and keep bot farms from draining value from their gaming ecosystem. And it seems those efforts have been pretty successful lately! Potentially this lets the real players receive more rewards as there are less players fighting over the same pools. But if the trend continues, Splinterlands will quickly find themselves losing the second position on these charts!

Splinterlands wasn’t the only game to feel the crunch this week. Iskra, Benji Bananas, and Hunters On-Chain also saw double digit drops in active players. The only positive trends came from a slight increase in Farmer’s World players, and a jump from Era7, likely due to the recent start of a new tournament.

At long last, Splinterlands reveals a number details about their plans for Land gameplay. The first phase will only include some of the functionality, but there is already a lot to unpack!

There is a lot of information in the newly released docs outlining Splinterlands’ plans for the first phase of their land gameplay (what they refer to as Land 1.5). This doesn’t cover all of their long-term plans. But it does include land surveying, card staking, and resource production.

Land owners will want to read the full documentation, but here’s a summary of the key points.

The Basics

Land plots produce resources. In this first phase of implementation, land plots can produce Grain (used to feed the workers), SPS tokens (this will replace the current airdrop for land holders), and research for the Secrets of Praetoria. The research points go towards a global project that won’t be fully unlocked until Phase 2. Players will receive some future benefits based on how much they contributed to the research. They also have the opportunity to earn special titles by contributing the most in their Territory.

Players work their land plots by staking Splinterlands cards. Each card staked (up to 5 per plot) generates production points. The amount of Production Points (PP) generated are based on the card’s rarity, level, and set. This ranges from 2.5 PP for a level 1 common card from a recent set, up to 100k PP for a max level gold, alpha, legendary card. There are also additional bonuses or penalties based on the terrain type and card affinity. For example, a Fire card staked to a Lake or River plot receives a 50% penalty to production points.

In addition, players can also stake Totems and Titles to plots for further bonuses.

Assigning a card to work a plot is instantaneous, though removing a card from a plot takes three days. Workers require Grain to function, which can be produced or purchased. Plots also need a Power Source, purchased with DEC.

Land Starter Packages

To begin, players will need to survey their land. Surveying reveals the terrain type plus the presence of any special features.

When players first survey their land, they will be given the option of purchasing a special Starter Package for 10,000 DEC or DEC-B tokens. These Starter Packages come in three flavors — Building in a Box, Time Vault, and Unstable Totem. Building in a Box allows the player to begin construction of a building on the plot without paying an additional resource cost. They also come with a built-in Power Source. However, building construction will not be available in the 1.5 phase, so this is for those players who are planning ahead.

The Time Valut package includes 150 Time Crystal tokens and 15,000 Grain tokens. Time Crystals reduce the number of Production Points required for construction by 10k. In the 1.5 release, the only construction available will be clearing land plots. Time Crystals and Grain tokens are not bound to the land plot or account, and can be freely traded.

The Unstable Totem package provides a temporary Totem that doubles the plot’s production for 30 days. These Totems are tied to the plot, but remain inactive until phase 2, at which point they will activate automatically.

Runis on Land

As promised, Runis are receiving some extra love with the land gameplay. Not only are Runis already max-level, Legendary cards, but they will also provide additional benefits when staked to a land plot. Runis provide a 100% production bonus for the entire plot they are stake on. And since Runis have a built-in power core, so players won’t need to purchase a Power Source for that plot. However, if a player puts a Power Source and a Runi on the same plot, they can then stake up to six cards, rather than the normal 5.

Combined Runis (a new feature not yet implemented), provide even larger production bonuses.

Other Notes

Some plots will hold a Keep or Castle/ These functions as a marketplace for their local area and provides the owner with passive tax income.

Splinterlands hopes to allow rentals to be used on land plots, but that feature will come later.

Players can earn special titles through land gameplay that will be tied to their account and provide a bonus to rewards points earned in the main game.

If you are a Splinterlands land owner, or are considering becoming one, you will want to look through the official documentation at https://splinterlands.gitbook.io/the-secret-of-praetoria/ for all the details. We don’t have a specific date for this release, though the team said they hoped to get it out by the end of Q2 2023.

Land gameplay will be DEC (Dark Energy Crystal) intensive. Not only will players want DEC-batteries when surveying, but they will also need a significant amount of DEC tokens when staking cards to their land.

Implementation of Land 1.5 should have an interesting effect on the markets. There will be a lot of cards locked into working land plots, and many of those cards will be max level

If you want to learn more about the Splinterlands gameplay, or have additional questions, the Splinterlands team plans to hold an AMA on their Discord server on Monday, March 20th, at 17:00 UTC.

Today, Splinterlands opens up the sale of DEC Batteries, or DEC-B. These batteries allow players to lock DEC tokens away, while spending only 80% of the value in the battery. Sort of like a locked savings account, DEC-B provides an opportunity to get extra value from your DEC tokens.

Today marks the beginning of the sale of DEC-B, or Dark Energy Crystal Batteries, in Splinterlands.

There will two billion DEC-B tokens available. Each one costs 0.8 DEC or 0.1 VOUCHERS. However, this is kind of like a staking system or savings bond. There is no current use case for DEC Batteries. So players will be forced to hold these tokens until they can be spent in some future update. However, when they do have a use, each battery will be considered to be worth 1 DEC. So there is an opportunity to increase the value of DEC that you were going to hold onto anyway!

And even though one recent player proposal failed, the Splinterlands team does have plans for using these DEC-B tokens. So this isn’t an investment into a completely nebulous future. You can read more about DEC-B tokens here.

The sale starts soon, and I would not be surprised to see it sell out! You can buy batteries on the Splinterlands DEC page.

Dark Energy Crystals Tokenomics

This is another effort by the Splinterlands team to bring Dark Energy Crystals back to their expected parity of 1000 DEC per $1 USD. In addition to holding sales using DEC tokens as payment (which are then burned to remove them from circulation), Splinterlands has also removed all DEC generation from the game rewards. The only way to create new DEC tokens is via burning cards or SPS tokens.

However, despite these efforts, the DEC supply still remains bloated, trading at 0.0007 cents each. So for those who believe in the future of Splinterlands and that DEC will return to its peg value one day, this may be a good investment opportunity. You can purchase DEC tokens at ~70% of their expected value, and then put them into batteries to increase their value as well.

Splinterlands announced that at the end of this month (January), they will be introducing soulbound reward cards. This new reward set edition is associated with Chaos Legion (and thus usable in any ruleset that allows Chaos Legion cards), and consists of 43 cards.

Scheduled to launch on January 31st, this new reward set contains 37 monster cards, and six Summoners. One Summoner for each element except Neutral. Each element will have two new legendary cards, 1 epic, 2 rares, and 2 commons. These will replace the current reward cards when launched. Meaning that the current set of reward cards will no longer be printed, even if they haven’t completed their initially planned run!

Cards from this new set will be soulbound. They cannot be bought, sold, or traded, though players can still combine them to create higher level versions. However, once the sets stops their print run, Splinterlands will provide an option to stake DEC into the out of print rewards cards and make them into regular, tradeable cards.

This is a pretty huge change. And though it’s meant to encourage players to participate more in the game and work on building their collection instead of cashing out whenever they can, there is some concern that this may be another turn off for new players.

Loot Chest Changes

This advent of new reward cards also brings a couple of changes to loot chests. First off, Splinterlands will re-enable the ability to use potions to increase the chances of receiving better rewards from loot chests. Potions will only be consumed when a loot chest is opened that contains a reward card. So players won’t waste potions on chests with tokens or other items. Also, legendary potions will additionally increase the chance of receiving epic rarity cards, though only for reward loot chests (not for pack opening). And finally, there will also be a chance for reward chests to contain more than one copy of a card. This roll happens after the loot system generates the card. So there is a chance to receive multiple, gold foil legendaries in one chest!

Here are the new, planned distribution percentages (subject to change).

New Abilities

With this new set of Reward cards come a new Summoner ability and two new unit abilities.

The new Summoner ability is called Conscript. Conscript allows the player to use one additional Gladiator card in battle. Even in regular battles where Gladiator cards normally aren’t allowed! This is huge, as every Gladiator card comes with an ability called Bloodlust. Units with Bloodlust gain stats whenever they get a kill. Which can quickly result in that unit becoming an unstoppable Juggernaut. And since Conscript offers one extra Gladiator card slot in the battle, that means that Summoners with Conscript can use two Gladiator cards during Guild Brawls! This ability seems insanely powerful, but the Splinterlands team promises that the Summoner cost will reflect its power. But when you have battles with 50+ mana available, the Summoner cost often doesnt play a huge factor. We’ll see how it goes!

a Gladiator battle

As for the unit abilities, they are Martyr and Weapons Training. Martyr units provide a +1 bonus to all stats for all adjacent ally units when they die. And yes, this can trigger twice if the Martyr unit comes back to life!

Weapons Training provides an attack any adjacent unit that doesn’t have an attack. The type of attack will be the same as the unit with Weapons Training. Two adjacent units with Weapon Training can provide two different attack types to the same unit. The amount of attack given is still in testing. Also, any unit without attack affected by Weapons Training still suffers extra damage from the Oppress ability.

As an additional change, the Dispel ability will now remove the Bloodlust effect, as well as the new bonuses from Martyr and Weapons Training.

Community governance takes another step forward in the world of Splinterlands. The Splinterlands team just announced details of their first, ad-hoc version of community proposals. Anyone can pay a fee in DEC and write up their own proposal for consideration.

Splinterlands development keeps churning forward. And though the latest addition, community proposals, is not yet fully built into the game, it is a big step towards community governance.

Not long ago Splinterlands implemented community governance with in-game voting. But, all the voting proposals submitted so far came directly from the Splinterlands team. Now that will change as Splinterlands implements version 1 of their community proposal system.

Expect to see special channels added soon to the Splinterlands Discord for players to talk about and work on various community proposals. You can also read the official blog post announcement here. This system will likely change and adjust as it matures, but it’s already a big step for Splinterlands!

How to Submit a Proposal

To submit a proposal players must burn 100,000 DEC by sending it to null address. This is a one way transaction. No DEC sent to this address will ever be refunded, so be sure that you’re serious about submitting a proposal before burning your DEC. Also, the player must burn the DEC from the same account that posts the proposal.

Proposals must be written up on the Hive blockchain (Hive blog, PeakD, and Splintertalk should all be acceptable venues). The first line of the post should be the Hive blockchain transaction where the 100K DEC was sent. The post also needs to be tagged with #spsproposal.

Then, write up the details of the proposal and start spreading the word! Anyone who supports the proposal should upvote the post. Those who don’t can downvote it. Then, after seven days, the Splinterlands team will count up the SPS voting power of the votes. If at least 5% of the total staked SPS voted, AND 66% of those were upvotes, then the proposal move into the official Splinterlands proposal system for further consideration.

The SPS DAO governance has complete control over SPS, VOUCHER, and LICENSE tokens. The Splinterlands team can still choose to veto any community proposals that affect other facets of the game. They also won’t move forward with proposals that are vague or unclear. Proposals should focus on one change. This change may involve several steps, but proposals should not include multiple, unrelated changes.

Players can alter their proposals slightly to clarify issues or make small changes. But if the proposal is changed too significantly, or at the last minute to trick voters, the proposal will not advance to formal voting.

And though the Splinterlands team wants to build an official, community proposal page, their development schedule is already pretty full. And so, they are open to supporting a third party developer who wants to tackle this feature! In fact, community members can even create proposals for payments to third parties for development!
