Another land sale is coming to SinVerse, giving players another chance to purchase one or more plots and build a business. And whether you want to sell firearms, or run a nightclub, or just chill with your cannabis coffee shop, SinVerse has room for everyone to create their own empire within this GTA-style online world!

Who’s ready to own some land in SinVerse? Your chance will come on April 21st, 2023, but if you didn’t already join into the staking pools that were opened earlier this year, then you’ll have to hope for the chance to grab a plot in the public sale, though the odds are low! The sale opens on the 21st at 8pm UTC for those on the whitelist, and at the same time on the 21st for the public sale. You can check the official Google doc to see if you are on the list.

The specific land plots and prices won’t be revealed until April 17th. Purchases must be made using SIN token. This will be the last land sale for SinVerse until they open their resale market, which is expected sometime in Q2 2023. Land staking should follow soon after.

A followup sale for Business Licenses should arrive sometime soon as well. Business Licenses come in three varieties — General, Premium, and Exclusive. Players can earn income when players visit their shops But first the plot owners will need to build something first.

Every plot comes with a General License which allows players to create a custom store. But to own one of the premium, game-anchored business such as liquor stores, hospitals, coffee shops, and meth labs, owners will need to purchase a Premium or Exclusive license. SIN will be the token used for all player to player, in-game transactions.

What is SinVerse?

Billing themselves as the ‘R-rated Metaverse’, SinVerse is kind of a web3 version GTA online. Featuring active gameplay with cars and guns and such, SinVerse also includes player owned shops and businesses, and the ability to build a criminal empire in-game.

In Sinverse, players own land plots throughout the city — 15,000 plots across 17 Districts in total. Each District is associated with a specific faction and contains unique resources or boosts. Example Districts are The Strip, The Red Light District, and the Fashion District.

Players can build on their land plots and open businesses if they have purchased the appropriate licenses. Construction requires collecting resources in-game, creating opportunities for player merchants, faction negotiations, local monopolies, and turf wars!

SinVerse has partnered with Vulcan Verse to help develop their game. And though still in development, SinVerse holds play and earn events every on a regular basis.

But in the meantime, you can head over to their webpage and try out the demo. Follow them on Twitter and join their Discord for more info.

SinVerse announced their ‘Last Chance Saloon’ event, a last chance to stake SIN tokens, beginning on January 24th. Not only do stakers share a pool of 2.5M SIN tokens as rewards, but they can also claim one or more whitelist spots for an upcoming land sale!

With their previous staking pools filling up within a few hours, SinVerse has decided to give users one more chance to stake SIN tokens with their ‘Last Chance Saloon’ staking event! Starting on January 24th, 9pm UTC, players can join a new staking pool for SinVerse. By staking SIN tokens, users can earn more SIN tokens. And, if they stake enough, whitelist spots for the next land sale!

The staking site opens on January 24th at 9pm UTC. Staked tokens are locked for six months, and all stakers share a portion of the pool of 2.5 million SIN tokens and the end of the lockup period. Users can stake as much or as little as they want, but the staking pool has a maximum total size of 10M SIN tokens. The base APY% for this pool is set to 50%!

In addition to receiving SIN tokens, Stakers can also earn up to five whitelist spots for the upcoming land sale. For every 20k SIN tokens staked, stakers earn one land sale whitelist spot, up to 100k tokens. The date for this land sale has not yet been set.

The staking system and SIN tokens exist on the Binance Smart Chain. So players will need some BNB tokens for transaction costs. You can access this new SIN staking pool at https://www.sinverse.com/stakingv3/

The GTA-like metaverse game, SinVerse, announces a “Murder in the Hills” event that will begin on January 13, 2022, at 6 PM UTC and ends on January 14, 2022, at 6 PM UTC. The event comes with a prize pool of $100,000 $SIN tokens.

Players must then equip themselves with weapons and hunt down as many foes as possible in the Hills District in 24 hours. There are huge rewards in the form of $SIN tokens for the top 3 killers.

According to SinVerse, anyone who kills at least one player will receive $SIN tokens. While participating, keep track of your advancement by viewing the leaderboard. Naturally, cheating is not permitted. As per reports, SinVerse will use the help of artificial intelligence to prevent cheating.

Enrolling for Murder in The Hills

To enroll in SinVerse’s Murder in the Hills event, players must first download and install the SinVerse client. Click here to download the most recent version (1.91) of the game launcher.

Launch the Sinverse.exe Installer, click the play button, create a new account. Once it is ready to go, sign in with your current account or create a new account. Before you begin, connect your MetaMask wallet and confirm that you are using the right address.

Utilize the leaderboard button to monitor your advancement during the Murder in the Hills event. Killing enemies or participating in package drop missions in the China Town District will earn you SIN Coins, the in-game currency. Make sure to keep a supply of ammunition by stopping by the Hills District gun shop as needed.

Everyone who participates and manages to eliminate an opponent will receive money from the prize fund. Here are the rewards for the top 3 kill scorers:

  • 1st place: 15,000 $SIN
  • 2nd place: 7,500 $SIN
  • 3rd place: 5,000 $SIN

The remaining 72,500 $SIN tokens are for rest of the players — distributed based on the number of kills for each player. These rewards will be sent to the player’s Metamask wallets.

About SinVerse

Billing itself as a “Rated R” metaverse, SinVerse offers a combination of Grand Theft Auto Online and Decentraland. Featuring an open world with customizable land plots, the blockchain-based game brings random violence and cursing to their metaverse!

Sinverse uses the $SIN native token. This is the virtual money obtained while participating in different criminal actions in the play-to-earn system. The game is set in a massive metaverse with 15,000 plots of land. These includes some of the most vibrant cities in the world, from Las Vegas’ brilliant lights to Rio de Janeiro, the city of carnivals.

Each city has its underlying properties, so if you’re fortunate enough to rent or buy a valuable plot of land, you can expand your empire to produce more assets that generate income. Players can visit the Sinverse Marketplace to purchase unique avatars and other non-fungible goods.

The primary goal of the SinVerse metaverse is for you to become the Kingpin of the city, and you can do so by purchasing virtual land and using it to build clubs, hangouts, or a venue for events.

Billing itself as a “Rated R” metaverse, SinVerse offers a combination of Grand Theft Auto Online and Decentraland. Featuring an open world with customizable land plots, SinVerse is ready to bring random violence, cursing, and yes, boobs, to their metaverse!

SinVerse seeks to meld the gaming worlds of Grand Theft Auto, where players tote guns, have shoot-outs with cops, and perform various criminal activities for money and status, with Decentraland, a player-constructed virtual world featuring shops, art displays, and virtual events such as musical shows.

Land Ownership in SinVerse

SinVerse map and land info
SinVerse map and land info

In Sinverse, players own land plots throughout the city — 15,000 plots across 17 Districts. Each District is associated with a specific faction and contains unique resources or boosts. Players can build on their land plots and open businesses if they have purchased the appropriate licenses. And really, nothing could be more relatable in adult-themed game than making the players take care of their paperwork!

Though SinVerse is heavily promoting their GTA vibe, they also want their virtual world to be a place for events and gatherings. In order to facilitate that, some of the Districts are Safe Zones and free from direct PvP.

SinVerse has partnered with Vulcan Verse to help develop their game. They have also partnered with a group called SugarBounce, which plans to operate an in-game, adult entertainment center in the Red-Light District. Whether this will actually be an active user hang-out or just a hub for external links remains to be seen. Will there be in-game avatars taking off their clothes?

It appears that plot construction won’t be a complete free-for-all. Players will have to gather resources in-game in order to construct the materials they need for their buildings. This could lead to an in-game economy where some players just run around trying to scavenge resources to sell to other players. And potentially a builder market, where land owners pay someone else to erect their in-game buildings!

SinVerse already sold some land plots, but the web-based purchasing interface is currently closed while the in-game marketplace is being developed. Once active, the in-game market will host all the trades for lands, licenses, and NFTs.

What Else Do We Know About SinVerse?

SinVerse is a bit light on game details at the moment. And some of the info we do have may be out of date. For example, their website claims that they will be on the MATIC network while their SIN token and land plots are on the Binance Chain.

But, they do currently have a playable demo available. This demo lets players wander around, try out their aim at the shooting range (or at each other), and also gives land owners a first chance to test out the plot customization features. The team promises to open more Districts, implement vehicles, and add more mini-games in the near future. They recently released a teaser video showing house building in Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley is a safe zone. Here you may find art shows or events that provide stat boosts to characters that attend. But there is still a dark underbelly. Silicon Valley landowners can join the Nighthawk faction and set up a cybercrime business or peddle goods on the dark web.

There is some potential here with SinVerse, but will the allure of boobs be enough to keep their player base entertained? They talk of a play to earn economy but don’t provide any details. Presumably, there will be some sort of selection of missions available. Is it going to be a battle pass style system? Daily missions? Player-created missions? What happens when I die? Is there looting? Item durability? Supposedly the ultimate goal is to become a kingpin, but how does one accomplish that? Is there an application? How will the game’s tokenomics function?

Plenty of questions. Unfortunately, with few answers. But, since their roadmap has the initial launch of SinVerse in Q4 of 2022, I guess we will soon see! Hopefully, the SinVerse team will provide an updated whitepaper and/or some detailed articles about the actual gameplay before then.

But in the meantime, you can head over to their webpage and try out the demo. Follow them on Twitter and join their Discord for more info.
